COUNTRY ROSES offers a high level of customer service but because the product is living all orders are subject to availability. If you make a request for a particular species and it is not available, we will always fill the order to match your colour scheme. We cannot guarantee the length of the stem.
For fresh cut roses there is a minimum order of 100 roses, in quantities of 10 stems per variety.
Please note; a 50% deposit is required for pre-booked wedding and corporate orders. COUNTRY ROSES is not VAT registered.
We guarantee that all roses and confetti leave our barns in perfect condition.
Clients are responsible for making arrangements to accept delivery of roses, and we cannot accept responsibility for delays once the roses have left our premises.
