All the roses are hand-picked and collected in the early morning.
In the barns, the roses are stripped, cut, fed and bunched. They are put into buckets for the van to be driven to London, a wedding, special event or photo shoot.
To be sent dry by courier they are carefully packaged by hand into tissue lined boxes or as individual bouquets.
